School/Educational Group
Schools and similar educational organizations are encouraged to use the trail for activities intended to benefit students.
Adults participating in a school/education group event will be exempt for paying for a daily pass.
Please notify the CVT office at least 2 weeks prior to your event. by completing the Group Application Form below. this allows us time to schedule large maintenance projects for another time and also to inform other riders there will be a large group on the trail that day.

Group Events
Daily Pass discount rates are available for groups of 30 adults or more.
Please complete the Group Application below and submit at least 2 weeks prior to your event. This allows us time to schedule large maintenance projects for a time other than your event and let other trail users know a large group will be on the trail.
Season Wheel Pass Discounts rate are available for Businesses and Groups of 15 or more passes purchased together.
Complete the Business Discount form below and submit with a check to the Trail office. Passes will then be mailed in bulk to the business or organization.
